Hi All! Today I'd like to share with you a collage I made for my kitchen. The collage is on a wooden canvas from the dollar store. The pattern for the rooster I got online. The first thing I did was to print off all of the digital papers, the background wood paper is from pixelscrapper.com and the rest of the digital paper is from nitwitcollections.com. I then printed off the pattern to the size I
I wanted and cut the pieces out, then I laid the cut out pieces on to the pattern paper traced around them and cut them out. Next following the pattern I glued the pieces into place on the canvas, after everything was dry I added a little paint on the sun and painted a few white flowers on the hill, I also used a chicken wire stamp here and there on the background. I then outlined everything with a black marker and sprayed it with an acrylic sealer . This is the first collage I have ever done and found it to be a lot of fun I already have some plans to some more. Hope you all have a great day!! Val
